Antonio Cromartie has been traded to the Jets for a 2011 3rd round pickup. The Jets now have some very good depth at corner behind Revis. They made a good point on NFL Live how in 2007 when he got 10 picks, he had a great pass rush which meant he didn't have to cover for too long and his athletism was able to get him some picks. When there is a top ranked D in New York, Cromartie could thrive like 2007.

Jake Delhomme's career in Carolina is over after seven years. He had a terrible year when it came to turnovers, and Moore's solid play in the final weeks gave Fox and his staff some confidence in him to let Delhomme go.

Darren Sproles looks to be staying in San Diego since the Chargers have tendered the contract on him for a 1st and 3rd round pick in the draft, which I'm sure not many teams would want to pay for a player like Sproles.

Other some rumours include Peppers to the Bears who have no first round draft pick and a struggling D, Karlos Dansby to Miami and Chestor Taylor to the Bears. Boldin is a goo chance of being traded with Arizona showing plenty of faith in Breaston who comes at a much cheaper price.

Great signing for the Ravens. Their receivers couldn't catch all year which lost them the close games against good teams. Now they just have to get some young blood on their ageing defense and they are well set for a championship run.

Peppers ---> Chicago for 6 years. A good step towards rebuilding their defense. They also picked up former chargers blocking TE, Brandon Manumaleuna and Adrian Petersons old backup, Chestor Taylor.

Dansby ---> Miami for 5 years on a contract that makes him one of the highest paid ILB's in the league. A much needed signing for Miami who are another team with an old defense. Especially after both Porter and Ayodele were released this week, which put a big hole in their linebeacker corps.

Washington have signed former Vikings guard Artis Hicks and are also in talks with Willie Parker. NYJ's Rhodes is off to Arizona to replace the hole left with Antrel Rolle's departure.

Wilfork was re-signed to a massive deal by the pats. T.O to Cincy is looing good after both Ochocinco and Palmer have displayed interest in him. Brandon Marshall has been rumoured to have met up with Seattle.

steelers have kept ryan clark S. so i doubt we will get a S in the draft since we got tyrone carter as well

im starting to think that if the steelers pick up a RB from the FA would be a good move. mendenhall did extremely well last year but we will need another RB to be effective. so i want jones Razz

also chester taylor went to the bears. good move imo. hopefully forte improves his game now that he has a bit of competition for the starting spot

delhomme signs with cleveland

and brady quinn is traded to denver

good move for brady quinn imo. He will be able to push for kyle ortons position as starter and that should bring the best out of both QB's. At least now quinn will have a team around him that are actually decent players.

(if you havent noticed i rate quinn)

I also rate Quinn very highly. Its pretty hard to produce numbers with a Cleveland o-line and Mohammed Massoquio (sp?) as your number 1 receiver. Regardless of where Marshall lands for next season, it is still a much better offense where Quinn will shine. I know plenty of Denver fans want Orton out and will be asking for Quinn to start soon enough.

This leaves Seneca and Delhomme, to new recruits at QB for Cleveland. Delhomme should get it, but I don't see many QBs surving at Cleveland. They might have the best OT in the league, but it isn't enough to compete in the AFC North.

If it's already been said sorry, but I can't find it anywhere.

Tomlinson went to the Jets, and probably a good thing as he'll sell more seats and jerseys even though he's past his best.

yeah saw that LT is going to the jets

good move imo for him. He will get a fair amount of carries and greene will be able to get a wealth of experience from LT.

but jones is probably the better back... i guess they didnt want to pay his bonus then..

Someone said it best on Sportal. The Jets would be roughly paying both around the same amount of $$$, plus Tomlinson is bringing more jersey sales and more bums on seats.

Graham and Rocca are both former AFL players like Chris Bryan who is heading over to Green Bay. Hence their punting skills.
Graham played for Geelong and Rocca for Collingwood and North Melbourne.

Darren Bennett I think his name is.

As for Bryan, couldn't stand him as an AFL player, but good on him for making the NFL.

Apparently the Eagles are willing to listen to trades for all three QB's.
Really don't want to lose any of them, D-Mac is still class and Vick adds a extra dimension. Kolb just needs to be patient.

Yeah I am worried he will go.
The management are listening to some of the fans too much.
Every year they bitch on about how we didn't win it's all D-Mac's fault. It's bullshit if he goes because some fans don't like him, he is one of the better QB's around.
