So most current All Blacks will have the World Cup in mind and some will likely move on after either retiring or chasing up some easy money in Europe or Japan.

What players do you think will leave after the World Cup in 2011? and what is your prediction for an All Black 22, in 2012?

This is really just a way of letting us know what you players you see have the potential to become All Blacks.

Aussies feel free to chuck in a Wallabies prediction as well.

So out of the current All Blacks these ones will be 30+ after the World Cup:

Conrad Smith, Mils Muliaina, Keven Mealamu, Andrew Hore, Tony Woodcock, Brad Thorn, Richie McCaw, Ali Williams, Tom Donnelly and Rodney So'oialo.

Expect most of these guys will go after the World Cup, leaving some big gaps to fill. Also I reckon McAlister, Carter, Sivi and Rocokoco are strong possibilities of leaving.

Taking these into account this would be my 22.

1. Wyatt Crockett
2. Hika Elliot
3. Jamie Mackintosh
4. Josh Bekhuis
5. Anthony Boric
6. Adam Thomson
7. Karl Lowe
8. Thomas Waldrom
9. Jimmy Cowan
10. Aaron Cruden
11. Corey Jane
12. Ma'a Nonu
13. Richard Kahui
14. Zac Guilford
15. Israel Dagg

16. Aled de Malmanche
17. Owen Franks
18. Jason Eaton
19. Kieran Read
20. Alby Mathewson
21. Isaea Toeava
22. Robbie Robinson

Ofcourse, there could be some new guys stepping up in the next couple of seasons that may get a spot, but thats just a prediction for a 22. Only one in that who may not be around is Ma'a Nonu. The rest are quite young.

Nice thread Hendo, who we have left after 2011 will definitely be interesting to see.

McAlister has signed till end of 2012 and I'd also bank on Hayman being asked to commit post 2011 if he comes back. At 32 he'd still be in his prime as a tighthead

Also think the coaches will be keen to keep as much experience as possible so we may not see quite so many young fellas all given a go at the same time.

So with that in mind, I'd go with a possible squad of:

1-Crockett
2-de Malmanche
3-Hayman
4-Boric
5-Ross
6-Thomson
7-Whitelock
8-Read
9-Cowan
10-Donald
11-Gear
12-McAlister
13-Kahui
14-Jane
15-Toeava

16-Afoa
17-Elliot
18-Thrush
19-Messam
20-Mathewsen
21-Cruden
22-Dagg

Hate to say this but I think Donald could still be our 10 in 2012 if he sticks around. He'll only be 29 and the next 2 years will likely see Carter starting most games, which gives the likes of Cruden and Slade very limited opportunity to get up to test grade.

Whitelock has the potential to be an AB captain imo. Obviously has the best teacher to learn his openside craft and has captained U19 & U21's. And even in the few minutes against the Italians this year he impressed. Big unit too.

I think potentially Masaga could be hanging round somewhere can see him looking to committ in the hope of getting a run for the a'bs and by then Counties might be 2nd div and hes moved on to a better team and improved his defence also robbie fruean might be there or there abouts

Nonu will be gone - he'll be over 30 as well and definitely ready to make some money overseas.

You really think Elsom and AAC will still be around?

I don't mind him, I think he's slightly overrated. Just players these days tend to work towards WCs. He will be 29 when the WC is over and will possibly considering a move to Europe for some money! 2015 WC comes around the guy will be nearing 35.

Looks pretty good, I'd even give Will Chambers a chance of making it, depending on how he goes in union.

He used to play juniors and i think went to league in 07 what position do you think he will look at playing because centre would be one of the hardest defensively

Hes a very good defender imo.. outside centre is a certainty in my mind, dosnt have the playmaker skills to be 12 and isnt quick enough (although he is pretty quick) to be a winger.
