Dissapointing to see the Cowboys carry on in the Playoffs. Oh well lol.

Tomorrow games should be pretty good. Baltimore v NE especially.

I wouldn't say that. There are plenty of other teams that have worse starting QBs than Sanchez. Its hard to say who's a starter or not these days but I would have sanchez over Russell/Frye, Null/Boller/Bulger, Cassell, Leftwich/Freeman, Campbell, Edwards/Fitzpatrick, Delhomme, Anderson/Quinn and a few other QBs. You can put it down to O-line and weapons, but he is a lot better than some of those.

With the #1 ranked defense and running game, a Top QB isn't needed to win games. All they need Sanchez to do is not give away many turnovers and the defense and running game should take care of itself. I wouldn't say they are over-rated as well. everyone came out this week saying the Jets were the worst playoff team this year before Rex Ryan came out with the 'We should be superbowl favourites' statement.

As for calls, yes, a lot of those were bad, but it isn't the Cowboys. NFL referees always tend to go with the home-team, unless the home team are the Rams. The Cowboys deserved to win, playing all over the Eagles defense.

i completely agree with pretty much all that.

- after i did the post i thought about it more and realised there was worse QB's around. and ones with alot more experience.
- of course a top QB isn't needed when you can run the ball well.
- maybe not over-rated but certainly over-hyped.
- Eagles didn't deserve to win that game. we got destroyed in the trenches on attack as well. that meant when McNabb wasn't running to save his arse the corners had D-Jax and Maclin covered.
however i do think the call on the INT changed the game. at 7-7 we had a great chance to go 14-7 up, instead it was the opposite and we never recovered.

He did play for the USC Trojans mate, just saying that says a lot.

Just a couple of thoughts about tomorrows games

I see NE beating Baltimore - they went 8-0 at home and already beaten Bal at home during the start of the season in a time were their offense wasn't firing and Welker has just came back from a 2 week injury break and if you put that Brady's record in the playoffs I can see him and NE getting the W, even with the huge loss of Welker..

Also I think Greenbay will get over Arizona. Greenbay started to get really hot at the end of the year and their momentum will carry them through for the win.

On the side, I see a Dal v GB NFC championship game aswell

Baltimore win 33-14. Wes Welker looked to be a huge loss, even with Edelmen having a decent game with 2 tds. The rushing attack of Baltimore killed New England's defense. Baltimore had so much control of that game that Flacco barely had 10 pass attempts. Brady threw 3 picks and Moss was a non-factor.

So now the Colts will host Baltimore at 12pm (AEDST) on one on Sunday. It will then show the Minesota-Dallas game at 5 the next morning. I'm not getting confident against Baltimore. Our run defense is still terrible. Ray rice and McGahee have been on fire and if we have to force Flacco to pass, Peyton should be able to finish it off.

Can someone explain to me why the Packers have the ball?
They scored a TD and converted, then they had the ball on the GB30 line?!?!

I am following by nfl.com's scoreboard and I'm very confused.
