Are you sure it's like that, I though it followed the same format to the NRL, with the Under 20's being the opening games to the NRL finals.

So would be

4 Cowboys v 5 Roosters (Friday)
3 Bulldogs v 6 Raiders (Saturday Afternoon)
2 Warriors v 7 Sea Eagles (Saturday Night)
1 Rabbitohs v 8 Titans (Sunday)

Nah the NRL has decided that the Titans who finished 8th deserve a home final instead of the Rabbits who finished first cos the Titans NRL side finishe in the top 4..

It's the matter of principal mate, teams fight all season and don't get rewarded come finals time.

I think that system is in place to match the NRL teams playing at the same venue, i think.
Not sure but

Why should a team who finishes first have to play at the home grand of a team who finishes 8th, why should they have that disadvantage, the fact they are likely to win despite of that is irrelevant.

The Rabbitohs club sent of a letter to the NRL and even offered to pay the airfares etc for them to come down here but was turned down.. They could play it at a packed Redfern Oval on a sunday afternoon and they'd get a better crowd then they will up there..

I've been very impressed with Kidwell as coach this year. Has made a lot of emphasis on defence and it shows in the amount of low socring games we've had since the second haf of the season. And Souths should be playing at the SFS instead of at the Gold Coast, stupid.

get over it! It's only the U20s! If you want a home final then the big boys have to get the job done, But considering your team is the Rabbits that ain't going to happen any time soon...an U20s game has been used as a curtain raiser for every game this season, that shouldn't change for the finals. You can't tell me you'd get a sell out crowd for the Rabbitohs V Titans U20s at the SFS haha.

Bunnies win 24-22 after being 16 points down.. Good fightback considering they were playing up at the G.C 5 days after their last game.. They now have the week off next week and are 1 game away from the gf

Watched the second half of the game and it was a decent fightback considering we had two of our main attacking players in Vai Vai and Farrell out.

We have a habit of having a quiet first 40 minutes and coming home strong in the 2nd, I didn't think we deserved to win, poor fundamental mistakes and our completion rate was fairly poor. We need to play 1000 times better if we want to be in a good position for the grand final
