Don't think it will change too much from how it is now.

Eagles to get over the Bears and maybe the Colts to get over the Jets.

The Picture is nearly complete.

NFC: New Orleans at St. Louis/Seattle
AFC: New York Jets at Indianapolis
AFC: Baltimore at Kansas City
NFC: Green Bay at Philadelphia

Those are the wildcard games

Now the way they work it is the Division leader i.e Falcons for NFC, Patriots for AFC will play the lowest seeded winner of the wildcard games. Which means it would work like this:

If Green Bay and or the Jets win they will face the Falcons/Patriots. But say either the Packers and or the Jets lose than the Saints would face the Falcons if they win and the Patriots would face the Ravens if they win.

AFC: Indianapolis or Kansas City or Baltimore at Pittsburgh
NFC: St. Louis/Seattle or New Orleans or Green Bay at Atlanta
NFC: Philadelphia or St. Louis/Seattle or New Orleans at Chicago
AFC: Kansas City or Baltimore or New York Jets at New England

AFC seed 1: New England Patriots (14-2)
AFC seed 2: Pittsburgh Steelers (12-4)
AFC seed 3: Indianapolis Colts (10-6)
AFC seed 4: Kansas City Chiefs (10-6)

Wild card 1: Baltimore Ravens (12-4)
Wild card 2: New York Jets (11-5)

NFC seed 1: Atlanta Falcons (13-3)
NFC seed 2: Chicago Bears (11-5)
NFC seed 3: Philadelphia Eagles (10-6)
NFC seed 4: Seattle Seahawks/St Louis Rams (8-8) or (7-9)

Wildcard 1: New Orleans Saints (11-5)
Wildcard 2: Green Bay Packers (10-6)
