Got smacked around again by Bishops in my friendly but that's to be expected.

A collected player with controlled discipline, limited leadership, and non-existent experience.

Ugh. Why do I pay 50k a week again ...

Just wondering what your plan is for the high capped players?
Most ppl say at least 8. I try to leave them there for 15 but 40 is HIGH

A 17yo with a 'draft' date around July-August if possible. 16yos can't be pulled so they're already out.

USE THE REPORTERS SUMMARIES!!!

Whilst overall they are somewhat innacurate - they provide a solid guideline for your YA players.

Cynic. Check the caps for your players or sort by player ID
This will show your oldest players in order and then you can view the number of caps. Some of your players have heaps of caps and some have 0.
You need to use the system Pantherus mentioned and identify the players with potential. No use playing a retard 40 times or never playing a potential superstar

I had a quick look and the following players have potential. You also have some players in there that should be rotated out.
At the end of the season you'll lose your 19yo's and there could be some gold there. If you're investing 50k a week you need to work the odds to your advantage or your potentially wasting $$

Dwight Lodder .7
Reputable (Below potential)

Peter Neylan .12
Reputable (Below potential)

Ryan O'Finn .14
Reputable (Below potential)

4. Emmett Stumm
Reputable (Below potential)

I've sent a tidal wave through my YA lineup so we'll be seeing several new names.

Training:
Shane Century: Handling to 10
Corrick: Speed to 4
Mick Elam: Technique to 9
Saverio Giannese: Handling to 8
Adrián Gorodischer: Agility to 4
Max Jenkins: Attack to 4
Oliver Shere: Jumping to 9

Not bad ...

News Item Season 7 Announcements New!
Wednesday 2 September 2009, 6:20pm
There are quite a few changes coming in season 7, some are significant changes to some core features of the game like sponsorship, membership and interest, and some are welcomed improvements like a new reporter's summary and a team ranking system. We'll be announcing these over the next week or two so that you can prepare your club if needed.

News Item Season 7: Injury Improvements New!
Wednesday 2 September 2009, 6:35pm
There are two changes related to injuries for season 7. The first is in injury repacements and the second is in training injured players. More

Injury Replacement Improvements
While changing who is going to come off your bench to replace injured players, you will now be able to select on-field replacements as well as bench replacements in both the primary & secondary replacement fields. This means you can now cause players on the field to shift around different positions based on which players are available after injury.

If there are more than two injuries for any given position, the match engine will choose the best player using replacements for other similar positions, for example, in rare cases if a hooker and his two replacements are injured, the match engine will check and see who is set to replace the other front rowers and bring one of them on.

Training Injured Players
We understand that sometimes you may not be able to get online in between the time when a player is injured and the next training day. So as of season 7, any injured players, instead of being completely removed from training, will now recieve one third (1/3) of thier normal training, providing you don't remove them from training yourself of course.

Lost 19-10 in what was a must win game for me - the other guy has been inactive for 4 weeks so I'm now reduced to counting on him going bot before season end to make 2nd...reduced my intensity to Normal thinking it could counter his...how wrong I was Sad
