Much better performance from us defensively. Played well considering how appalling the conditions were. Donald was still so shit.

Donald was single-handedly ruining every opportunity the ABs produced - thank god they eventually subbed him off, and McAlister didn't do half bad this time I thought. Maybe Donald's FINALLY played his out of that jersey.

Piri played bloody well again - reckon they MIGHT start him against Italy, although they'll probably gift that to Leonard.

Nonu and Smith were all class. Jane did well, though not as much as last week. Roks may have just lost his jersey after that shocker. Mils struggled at times, but still stood tall.

Thorn was bloody amazing, one man wrecking machine. Ross dipped somewhat I thought. Woodcock and Tialata did much better than last week, but still too much field ranging. Mealamu had a blinder. Latimer was fantastic on debut, and Kaino proved he deserved to be there. Read was OK - went missing a lot but did a lot more than last week - is still a safer option than Messam. Don't think de Malmanche or Whitelock got on the field which is harsh.

All in all it was a win, but it could've been much more, and we still lost the Dave Gallagher trophy. Dunno whether Piri got a call to end the game or if he just took the safe option, but was annoyed they didn't give it one more crack.

Haha correction de Malmanche stood with the forwards almost set the scrum and then walked off. Does that make him an All Black?

Mealamu would be my man of the match, he was in the thick of it all game.

That was awesome work by Thorn when he saved that try. He definitely was outstanding.

Considering he's not typically known as a lineout lock (more a scrum lock) he did exceptionally well.

Why is it that a Northern hemisphere team finally sent there best side . What has changed was it the outburst a while back that Australia will send its 2nd sides on tour in the future Which they think may spread to the All Blacks not sending the strongest Which would worry them more than The Aus Team not being strong. Anyway they rarely send there best and its interesting.

thorn for mom, he performed well in the 1st test as well. while everyone was panicking, thorn simply put his head down and went to work. easily the best league convert and he's managed it in the forwards. his try stopping tackle was awesome considering the guys like, what a 100? never gave up the chase and was there when we needed him. yeah the lineout steals were good to

ABs were lucky to win though. donald and tialata were owned all day.

tialata couldnt hold up a lemonade stand armed with a mini gun

Sheesh - Tialata did a darn site better this week than last week - our scrum was much improved this time around, and he did some good ball carrying to - not wannabe-back ball carrying.

hmm, nah i thought he still sucked. tialata got popped so many times and didnt get his own back. after getting popped the first couple times he should've changed his tactics to just holding firm.

he appeared round the park but his primary role isnt to carry the ball, its to hold up the scrum, clean out and lift in the lineouts. 2ndaries is all good but u have to complete your primary first and foremost

yeah he did do better than last week but he got owned and didnt get a refund. come saffa's time we gotta have an answer
