I go to the gym every second day, currently doing about 50 reps on 90kg but pushing the 95kg mark!

Currently during footy season we arn't allowed to go to the gym, i wouldnt anyway to be honest could very well injure yourself before a big game.. Will hit it again pre-season

Cardio stuff at the moment. Rowing, running etc. On top of that i go for runs as often as i can around my area.

Will start resistance training within the next 3-4 weeks.

I had a pretty big offseason (Rugby League), but have dropped off in the last few months. I had a program and all doing it three times a week with 7 or 8 stations which would be squats, bench press, low row, lat pulldown, deadlift, leg press, pull-ups, chin-ups, dips and some ab work after.

My footy club is pretty good. It was the earliest League club in Australia and is having its 100th year next year which gives it enough money to have its own gym at our home ground. We've had plenty of first graders come out of our club like Eddy Pettybourne, Beau Falloon, Eddie Paea, Mario Fenech, Ian Roberts, Manase Manakafoa and Fetuli Talanoa.

Im mainly keen on cardio stuff, bike, running, rowing.

I've always preferred endurance.

weights do nothing for me.

I try to go every day, but don't always get there. Mostly on weights at the moment, I work chest and triceps one day, shoulders, back and biceps the next. In all weights I aim for 3 sets of 8.

Does anyone take any supplements? I am thinking of trying protein but I'm not really sure what to get into.

A couple of my mates are on supplements, I think it helps when you get more advanced into it.

I just got back from 1 hour cycle... I am now suffering jelly legs.

I used to go to the gym 3 times a week in the off season, might do it again after this footy season, it was pretty good all we were doing was working our way around the gym, being a teen class it was still ok because we were allowed to use all but 1 machine
